EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a return request through your account or contact us before the 14-day period expires.
Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.
Exception for Digital Downloads
By completing your purchase of a digital download, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.
